    Home Owners Insurance

For many of us our home is our most valuable possession. The time to think about the unthinkable disaster is before
it happens to you. If your home were damaged or destroyed, insurance can help you repair or rebuild your home and
    replace damaged possessions.

Homeowners insurance policies consists of coverage for your dwelling and your personal property. This includes equipment owned by you that you use while serving the public such as personally owned firearms, personally owned ballistic vests and more.

You also can buy several types of additional insurance for property that is not listed in your homeowners policy or
for perils not covered — such as flood — for which you need a separate policy. You do this by either buying a
separate policy or by adding an endorsement or rider to your policy.

    Umbrella Insurance

Umbrella insurance is a type of liability insurance that provides additional coverage beyond the limits of other insurance policies. It serves as an extra layer of protection for individuals or businesses in case they are found liable for damages that exceed the limits of their primary insurance policies. Umbrella insurance policies are typically sold in increments of one million dollars and can cover a wide range of liability risks, such as personal injury, property damage, and even certain lawsuits.

One of the key benefits of umbrella insurance is that it can help protect an individual or business from potentially devastating financial losses. For example, if someone is involved in a car accident and found liable for damages that exceed their auto insurance policy limits, their umbrella insurance policy can provide additional coverage to help cover the remaining costs. Without umbrella insurance, the individual could be responsible for paying the remaining balance out of pocket, which could result in financial hardship or even bankruptcy. Umbrella insurance can also provide coverage for legal fees associated with lawsuits, which can be quite costly even if the lawsuit is ultimately unsuccessful.
