Eligibility:
- FOP Retirees in good standing
- Non FOP law enforcement retirees under age 65 will need to join the FOP as a retired member and have full access to benefits (contact your local or state lodge)
- Retired law enforcement support personnel who worked directly for a law enforcement agency and join the FOP
- Join Thin Blue Line Benefits Association (no charge) prior to purchase of benefits (See form below)

Prescription Drugs and Rx FormulariesThin Blue Line Benefits Association provides a fully accessible prescription drug benefit for each of our plans. Coverage levels vary between the plans as seen in the plan comparison. Drug (Rx) formularies are constantly changing as well as drug pricing across all carriers in the industry. Due to the current unsteady market, prescriptions are moving in and out of large national formularies in a more rapid fashion. This has had an impact on plan formularies and pharmacies in every region. These rapid changes in the core prescription drug market will mean that a drug cost can vary greatly between pharmacies and thereby impact co-pay coverages.
Current Thin Blue Line Benefits policyholders with prescription drug questions should contact Orchestra Rx. Their contact information is in your portal and on your insurance card. Those that are not yet current policyholders and have questions may contact Thin Blue Line Benefits at [email protected].

- This network link will assist you in finding medical providers within the nationwide Cigna network.
- Providers can contract under the name of the medical facility and/or their name so when searching a specific provider please make sure to search both.
