Weight Management for National Fraternal Order of Police Members

As a benefit of joining the Thin Blue Line Benefits Association (no cost), members will enjoy discounted access to the LifeMD Weight Management Program for only $59 per month. This tailored subscription program combines ongoing support from leading clinicians and access to groundbreaking GLP-1 medications.

Members of the LifeMD Weight Management Program can begin treatment with compounded semaglutide (the active ingredient in brand name Wegovy®) for as low as $13 per weekly dose or compounded tirzepatide (the active ingredient in brand name Zepbound®) for as low as $25 per weekly dose, if medically appropriate.

*The cost of any prescribed medication is NOT included in the LifeMD subscription cost. To qualify, patients must be between the ages of 18 and 64 and meet minimum health requirements, as covered in the medical intake process.

    The $59 per month LifeMD Weight Management subscription includes:

    • Medical intake process to ensure clinical qualification
    • Online consultation with a licensed clinician resulting in a tailored treatment program based on health history, current lifestyle, lab tests, and weight loss goals
    • Clinically appropriate therapies, including access to GLP-1 and other prescription medications (medication cost is not included)
    • Full-service lab testing, leveraging preferred relationships and integrations with Quest and LabCorp
    • Step-by-step guidance, including local and mail-order prescription fulfillment
    • Ongoing access to a care team and on-demand consultations with a LifeMD-affiliated provider

    OPTIMIZED FOR SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY TRANSFORMATION

    Healthy, effective, and sustainable weight management requires a multi-faceted, long-term approach

    • Enrollment in LifeMD Weight Management Program
    • Metabolic Assessment (including labs), as needed
    • 15 minute virtual intake with LifeMD affiliated provider
    • If appropriate, GLP-1 prescription written
    • Monitoring by the LIfeMD care team, including ongoing check-ins
    • At goal weight, option to move to the LifeMD Maintenance Program
